Peri Spray

My friends told me to try it as it helped them to feel better in their pregnancy and postpartum periods and it really helped me in my pregnancy. I loved adding it to my morning smoothies every few days to make it last longer. Can't wait to order more!

Talk about elevating the everyday items. It's easy to use, easy to grip and squeeze open, so not a problem for the mum wrist. No problems using it with loose leaf tea and any slipping out into the drink. Perfect size for a large mug as well.

This tea is terrific for supporting and boosting milk supply. I noticed a difference pumping within 24-48hours and compared to other teas this was actually a really comforting herbal blend, not bitter at all as some long brewed teas can be.

This is a gorgeous roll on, with a soft and relaxing scent. I find it's also helpful to try to pick out the individual essential oils as aromatherapy.

great for layering on pads to freeze for added cooling or using as a wash either by itself or with a peri bottle and sitz bath salts. The scent is also a nice herbal and not overpowering.

This would be the magic gift I'd give for any birthing person. Hadn't used anything like this previously in labour and was a real game changer! Meant partner could be involved, I felt cared for which meant the oxytocin flowed and was a great distraction from the contractions.

This spray was so comforting post birth, especially when I tried it after being chilled in the fridge and well worth having in your postpartum kit. Definitely feel like it helped with healing quicker.

Thick enough so it's not painful to sit and never had leaks despite not having wings. A great way to use these as well is to pair them with the perineal foam to make a padsicle. I did a layer then froze then added another layer just for an extra cooling effect to help with swelling

These are absolutely a must have for the hospital bag! During labour or the first few days or weeks after birth, it makes changes super easy and they are very comfortable to wear. Another benefit was the overnight coverage, less to worry about when there are so many other things on your mind.

I packed this oil as part of my labour bag. I had it rolled onto the tops of my hands near the wrist to smell, as a powerful distraction, to help relax and keep grounded. Added bonus points for the inclusion of clary sage.
