How long will it take to receive my order?
We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping provider. Standard delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days. Me Mama I will endeavour to ship all orders no later than 1 business day from date of purchase. Please be aware though that this time may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas and other public holidays.
For New Zealand Customers
Standard Shipping 6-10 business days
Canada and USA Standard Shipping
7-14 Business days
Express Shipping (Aus only) 2-5 business days
Timeframes also subject to change based on Australia Post capacity (e.g. Christmas)
What happens if my item is damaged or faulty?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item from our store, please take a photo of the item and email us at hello@memamai.com.au
Once we have had a chance to review your claim, we will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
Please note that Me Mama I cannot claim responsibility form damage that occurs from our transport provider. Any any issues of this nature must taken directly to Australia Post.
Do you offer Express Shipping
Express shipping is currently available for Australian based locations and can be selected at checkout. Estimated time of delivery is 1-3 business days from date sent.

How can I access Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for our Geelong and Torquay customers. Our delivery day is Friday only. However we can also arrange local pickup on any other day of the week.
Please select local delivery/pickup at the checkout and we will make contact with you once you complete your purchase via SMS.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
Exchanges:
-Customers must lodge a request for exchange via our contact email hello@memamai.com.au before returning items to us
- Any items that require exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with you proof of purchase.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange
- Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and be free of marks, makeup, fake tan, perfumes of any kind
- The cost of return of items will be the responsibility of the customer and Me Mama I will not be responsible for tracking any returns of goods.
- Me Mama I will endeavour to initiate any valid exchange items within 3-5 business days
- If a refund is required, please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable
Where are your store locations?
Me Mama I is an online maternity boutique. We currently do not have any physical store locations.
